Nothing: There is no such thing as false negative results for either test, as long as done long enough after the last possible exposure -- 4 weeks for HIV, around 6 weeks for syphilis and the RPR test. Barring an unlikely coincidence, this is your second question along these lines. I don't mean to sound insensitive, but do your best to suck it up, believe it, and move on. If you can't, consider counseling.
