I had unprotected vaginal sex with a new partner. after 10 and 17 days of exposure i did hiv rna tests, both negative. after 4 and 6 six weeks 4th gen tests, both negative. rpr at 4 and 6 weeks, also negative. should i get tested again?

A single episode of sex with a new female partner in the US is usually zero risk for HIV and syphilis, so probably you didn't need testing -- and you were seriously over tested for HIV. A single 4th gen test at 6 weeks would have been sufficient. So these results are conclusive for HIV, but not quite for syphilis. For a conclusive syphilis result, have another RPR at 3 months.

Agree with Dr. H. Get a repeat RPR at 3 months or longer. However, HIV is only one of the STDs. A condom may not protect against HPV, Herpes, LGV, syphilis, pubic lice etc. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation.
