HIV & syphilis tests: Your negative HIV test is 100% reliable if done more than 4-6 weeks after last possible exposure. Current syphilis testing methods start with a kinds of test (like Cascade reflex) that often gives false positive results. Your negative RPR and TPPA prove that's what you have, a false positive screening test. You definitely don't have syphilis. For future syphilis tests, start with RPR.
