What would cause flu symptoms 3wks after sex? then persistent adenopathy,thrush, plc/pleva, wheezing? i had a neg 3rd gen hiv test/ rpr 14wks after. he had neg hiv 4th gen test at 8wks after & tested hiv neg again at 43wks. ive had no exposure since?

Mononucleosis or cytomegalovirus, among other viruses can cause such protracted symptoms, specifically adenopathies and unusual skin rashes. Your doc remains your best reference.
