The AgAb (4th generation) HIV tests for sure are conclusive any time after 6 weeks. Precise data actually do not exist for RPR, even though RPR and its predecessor tests (VDRL, Wasserman) have been in use for over 100 years. Some experts believe it can take up to 3 months. However, probably 98% or more reliable at 8 weeks, especially if the exposure wasn't particularly high risk.
