Several foods/fruits: Folllowing food may lower cholesterol 1ground flaxseed 2almonds and other nuts 3 tuna and salmon rich in omega3 4oatmeal 5orange juice 6 olive oil 7strawberries 8peas 9 apples 10beans and last and not to list to bring the cholesterol down but increases the good cholesterol HDL is alcohol in moderation approx. 14 units a week, I do not recommend to people who do not drink but those who do moderatio.
