No harm done: Wearing your 4th set of trays for two extra days prior to switching to your 5th set will have no long term effect on your treatment. You are probably doing better then most patients with Invisalign.

No worry: The reason why is because anytime your teeth are being moved, pressure must be applied in one way or another. Be patient and try to follow the instructions in the future.

Don't Worry: You should be fine... have your treating dentist evaluate your progress with the trays.

No worry: You should be OK. Wearing trays longer is better than missing tray time. Please note that elastic so can alter bone growth in kids/teens, but will not alter jaw positions in adults. In adults elastics only move teeth and supporting bone, not jaws. Are you seeing an Orthodontist or a non-Orthodontist for your care?
