See your dentist: Your current tray probably does not fit correctly, so the case needs to be reevaluated. New impressions may be needed to correct your mistake.

Talk to your ortho: Would assume that the tray you did move to does not fit properly. Invisalign works by making gradual movements to your teeth. Skipping 5 sets of movement would mean that the 6th tray is far from gradual and likely will be painful to try to fit in. I'd 1) talk to your orthodontist and 2) go back the the trays and re-wear them in order. Treatment will take longer but work better.

Call your doctor now: Skipping aligners can result in untracking of teeth in the aligners. If aligner wear is continued without reevaluation, teeth can be moved further out of position and create additional problems that will lengthen treatment unnecessarily. Call your doctor immediately. He/she alone is in the position to evaluate your oral situation and determine the next course of action.

Not good: Skipping trays means your mouth has not been staged for the current set of trays. This can compromise or negate the treatment result. Please make sure you are evaluated before proceeding.. Your treatment may require a reboot. Also note that clear aligners only about half as effective as braces. Make sure you're seeing a qualified Orthodontic Specialist.

Do they really fit?: Skipping that many aligners will usually prevent the trays from completely seating. This prevents your teeth from moving. Once that happens it is very hard to recover. Go back to the tray you skipped!
