Ortho Consult: You'll need to consult with a local orthodontist who will work with a local oral surgeon as a team to formulate the best way to treat your malocclusion. Your orthodontist will have better control over the movement of your teeth using traditional brackets and wires, but please direct your desires to them.

Not wise: First, braces are still the gold standard, with results closer to optimum standards. Second, braces give the Surgeon a place for post-surgical fixation, aligners do not. Best advice, see a specialist Orthodontist and the specialist Oral Surgeon he/she prefers for surgical cases. After evaluation the specialists can give you a comprehensive individualized treatment plan that will be best for you
