All Depends: Invisalign is a treatment that uses seperate upper and lower removable trays. At 43, your growth has ceased, therefore, less likely to change via invisialign alone. In many cases, jaw changes require both orthodontic treatment and possibly intervention via orthognathic surgery. The best way to answer your question is to schedule a consultation with an orthodontic specialist.

No!: Clear aligners provide tooth movement, not jaw movement. They are Orthodontic, not Orthopedic, Appliances. They are about 1/2as effective as fixed braces at correcting malrelated teeth. Please see a qualified Orthodontic Specialist for an evaluation of your malocclusion and the effective treatments available to you.

It can: Invisaling can help straighten your teeth and bite. It is not the best solution for major jaw movement, however. I would go see an orthodontist.

Teeth, not jawline: Teeth will move, not jaw. Whatever your problem, make sure the doc treating your bite is a board certified orthodontist.
