Its possible: Your deep bite probably had a lot of contact on the front teeth. Invisalign puts a double layer of plastic on the back teeth and opens the bite. Not everyone can tolerate a sudden opening of the bite by several mm. contact is now on the back teeth instead of the front where the feedback comes from to control clenching and grinding
