Seek 2nd opinion: We can't diagnose you in this forum. You must see a fully qualified Orthodontic Specialist. Know that braces are still the gold standard, twice as effective as clear aligners. Clear aligners have only limited abilities when it comes to extraction space closure, and protrusion reduction is easier to accomplish with braces.

Can be: By removing the teeth, it will allow the doctor the room to bring the jaw back and finish with a great smile. If you are working with an AAO certified orthodontist, you should be in good hands and trust they know what they are doing
