Suggest braces: that's a LOT of space for invisalign to address. A little concerned about doing invislaign with a 4X extration case. Might suggest getting a second opinion and checking what % of patients your doc using invislaign with-- if it's over 25%, they may be one of those practices that only see invislaign as the solution to every case, which would be reason for concern (coming from a preferred provider)

Seek second opinion: Get a second opinion. Palate expanders are used rather than removal of teeth, especially premolars. If the jaw is protruded, an oral surgeon may need to be contacted and work with the orthodontist. Perhaps, this would be traditional ortho rather than invisalign.
