Icecream is fine unl: It depends on your weight. If you have a healthy weight, then by all means eat ice cream in moderation. But if you are trying to lose weight, then you need to avoid excess of sugars and fats...Abnd ice cream is loaded with both of these ingredients. But moderation is th ekey in eating what you like, provided you can then burn it of with daily exercise!
