I work out in the am, eat healthy, only drink water/tea. i wake up with a flat stomach but am extremely bloated as day goes on. any idea why?

Healthy foods: Sometimes the healthy foods (high in fiber and protein) are the most gas-producing foods! Dairy can also cause bloating if you're eating a lot of that. Try taking a probiotic supplement and see if that helps the bloating.
