I bloat & get stomach pains no matter what i eat or drink, even tea & water. my lipase levels were high, 352. what could cause this? is it all related

Two separate issues: The bloating and gas may very well be unrelated to your elevated lipase (two separate issues). Bloating and gas may be due to celiac disease or ibs related. An elevated lipase level may be pancreatic in origin (pancreatitis) but may also have other non-pancreatic sources. Evaluation by a gastroenterologist would be appropriate.
