Is it okay to drink brisk tea which is 80 calories. i drink about 2 bottles of water a day. i don't eat a lot of fruit to lose all this weight?

80 calories per ?: You say 80 calories but in how much - ? 8 ounces? If so, then every ounce you drink is adding 10 calories to your daily intake that provides NO nutrition for you. If you drink 16 ounces a day, you could have had a healthy apple instead and would have gotten nutrients and fiber from it! 2 bottles of water a day (24 ounces?) not enough - you need about 60-80 ounces a day!
