TFCC Wrist Injury: You might want to first read===>http://ih-voc.Eznetpublish.Ihealthspot.Com/tabid/14407/mid/24836/contentpubid/113/contentclassificationgroupid/-1/default.Aspx. The trestment depends on the extent of the injury to the fibrocsrtilage - is it merely sprained (stretched) or is it torn? Physical therapy is indicated after appropriate stabilization and medical or surgical treatment.

Stabilize : Based on the limited info available, pt can strengthen the hand, wrist and forearm muscles, thus "unloading" some of the stress on the cartilaginous and ligamentous structures around the wrist. The tfcc is a cartilage structure at the end of the ulna. Those MRI findings may not necessarily explain the cause of your symptoms.
