Check thyroid: Check thyroid and glucose levels. Make sure you are accurately tracking calories (alcohol counts too) and please make changes you can sustain. I substituted my normal diner lunch with a health choice or kashi meal with half hour day on elliptical. Lost 30lbs and maintained for 2 years. Gained some and realized this was my new normal. Keep at it and you will succeed. Just do something maintainable.
