Need to do more: You have to create a negative energy balance before you will lose weight. So eat lesser amount of calories and burn more daily and you are bound to lose weight. But you must know that it takes a lot of exercise to burn enough calories to lose one pound of weight(it is 3500 calories burned to lose one pound of fat/weight).
