16y/old girl bmi of 21.1 - i'm trying to lose weight but i'm not anorexic. is 1000-1200 calories a day not including exercise bad for me or good?

More info: Definitely need more information about your weight, dietary habits, activity level, height, type of exercise, etc. I will say 1000-1200 cal per day is not very much.
