Yes!: Recent study published in british medical journal (search for bmj 2013;346:e8539 doi: 10.1136/bmj.E8539) concluded no increased risk of heart disease or stroke from consuming an egg a day (unless you're diabetic . . .). Still, it's a good idea to go see your family doc & check your cholesterol (and sugar) just to be safe. Now just convince all your family & friends to exercise like you!
