Breakfast: Please eat the entire egg, not just the whites. You are missing the most nutritious part. Bananas are ok but high in carbs so eat them sparingly. Cornflakes and almost any pre-packaged breakfast cereal has little or no nutrition. Use coconut oil or natural nut butter on sprouted grain bread. Peace and good health.
