Living Life: This question is really out of bounds for this site. Doctors would be neutral on telling you what to eat. It is your responsibility to choose a varied and healthy diet. There is nothing in your list that would raise any red flags, as I am sure you know.

Sounds really good.: Granted some nuts are salted, which wouldn't go well with your high blood pressure history, but in what you mentioned you have protein, healthy fats and complex carbohydrates for sustained energy. Sounds good to me.
