A healthy breakfast should have less that 500 mg sodium in it. I would get the App Cronometer and enter you eat and you can track at least 25 items that would indicate it is a healthy diet. Read labels on everything you ate for breakfast to get amount of sodium you consumed. You did not mention how many eggs, bacon strips and slices of toast. Please give us all the information to better answer.
