Recommendation : Possible you have a stomach virus. Or some food intolerance. Any way you have to drink a lot of water-cold, tea or ginger ale to hydrate yourself. When vomiting stopped you can eat toasts, yogurt, apple sauce, banana, then rice and vegetable soup. Good luck.
