Home gym exercise: There are lots of great programs out there to build muscle outside of a gym. Believe it or not yoga is great at doing just that. Outside of that one of the best programs I have found that does what you ask is p90x. It works but you have to follow the program and depending how well you follow the diet you will be remarkably surprised in 90 days.

Lose wt, aerobics: Probably the best way to lose tummy fat would be to lose weight using aerobic exercise such as walking or cycling. Also you can work on strengthening your abdominal muscles. If you don't lose weight you probably not have the washboard abs one strives for.

Several things: Start with gentle but regular aerobic exercise (walking, cycling, water exercise). Build up core strength (tummy and back muscles). Eliminate tobacco use. If such simple measures have been ineffective, consult your primary doctor or a spine physician.

Musculoskeletal: The symptoms are seen most often with a musculoskeletal strain. You may have done something to overwork those muscles recently. Kidney stones can also cause problems as can herniation of the disc in the back. If the symptoms do not improve after several days then you should see your dr. There are many other causes of pain and that should be evaluated if it doesn't resolve.
