Depends: If you are just starting out, exercise wise, you'll likely be able to get away working out this frequently. But the more serious your lifting habits and longer you are doing this, the more likely you will start to suffer from over-training. Smaller muscles groups like bi's and tri's can often be trained more regularly yet still recover - this may not so much be the case when training your back.
