Don't worry: I presume you work in different shifts. Or perhaps you watch a lot of tv shows late at night. Ideally, try to go to bed and sleep at almost same time each night. But it's not feasible in the real world. Cut back on intake of coffee, soda and energy drinks ask your dr for some sleeping meds. Make up on your sleep on the weekends or your days off.
