Drinking plan: Try planning to stop drinking about 2 hours before end of shift. Then be certain to pee before going to bed. Also, be sure sleep room is as dark as possible (blackout blinds / blanket over curtains/etc.) so do not get zeitgeber from sun to mess with your body's time clock. Keep eyes mostly shut on way to/from toilet. If these fail, may need meds for shiftwork sleep disorder.
