Sleep Hygiene: Regulate your times of sleep, retiring and arising at the same time each day. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, tobacco. Get up when you awake and read something soothing for a while before getting back in bed. Don't toss and turn. Moderate daily exercise and diet. Consider learning to meditate. Try time release melatonin. Hope that all helps.
