Can get to sleep and stay asleep easily for 3-4 hours. beyond that i wake up then fall back to sleep, multiple times. not a snorer. explanation?

Difficulty falling: A sleep is often associated w/anxiety while waking up early and not returning to sleep is associated w/depression. Periodic waking is associated w/overall light sleep. Please see you doc who may order a sleep study. A psychologist can help w/stress management. Peace and good health. Try not to nap in daytime or limit it to a cat nap of 15 minutes. Sleep study?: Hi, what you experience about the sleep might not be uncommon, but the question is whether you feel refreshed the next day, Does this kind of sleep pattern affect your daily function. If so, I would start with a sleep study, then try some over the counter sleep aids for a couple days. if all fails, go see your PCP to make sure all your lab results are in the normal range.
