Change sleep habits: Only use the bedroom to sleep not to watch tv or read etc exercise about 2 hrs before sleeping drink 1 tbsp honey in warm chamomile tea no stimulants such as coffee or chocolate or spicy food at early dinner keep bedroom dark and quiet.
