I havent got any sleep at all last night. its frustrating and the night before i did wake up in the middle of the night due to a stomach issue when that happened a couple hours later i fell right back to sleep. but tonight i didnt get any sleep?

Schedule: Sleep is critical to your health. Try to keep to a sleep wake schedule as much as possible and avoid electronic activity and overeating or excessive alcohol consumption for at least 2-3 hrs before trying to sleep. Look up relaxation techniques like soothing music, stretching, yoga etc,and keep a positive attitude. If problems persist seek a sleep specialist in your area.
