Address cause(s): Common causes of fatigue include anemia, hypothyroidism, lack of sleep, sleep apnea, parasites and other infections, food allergies, nutrient deficiencies etc. See a good Dr. to evaluate. Basic measures include a healthy diet with lots of organic fruits/veggies and no GMO's, a good multivit.,adequate sleep,exercise and stress reduction. Herbal tonics like Ashwagandha and Rhodiola may help as well.
