Vitamins: A good multivitamin is a good idea. It's like an insurance policy for when we don't eat right, don't sleep well, or are especially stressed. Go to a good store or get some guidance because the popular brands are typically very week and not helpful. The dose (read label and check that half or more of the ingredients are several 100 per cent above RDA. Doc can do lab work to see what may be low.

See Dr. and...: I advise a quality multivitamin, ideally with the L-5-MTHF form of folate, (folic acid) Vitamin D3 5000 iu/day, Vit C 1000 mg 2x/day and Fish Oil 2000 mg/day. Healthy diet important too; you might have food allergies; try avoiding gluten. See a good Dr.; you might have parasites and other chronic infections, heavy metal or mold toxicity etc. Adrenal tonics like ashwagandha, rhodiola and tulsi tea may help.
