No to potassium: Since your kidneys are especially important to relieve your body of potassium, i don't understand why you would be on potassium supplementation. Talk to your nephrologist.

Potassium?: You did not mention what stage of chronic kidney disease you have. If you have stage2 CKD , potassium would not be a problem and if you have CKD stage 4, it would be. In CKD stage 4, you would be anemic , and weak, and k would do nothing to increase your hemoglobin. See a nephrologist for a more detailed explanation of your problem.
