See a doctor: Sounds like you are a perfect candidate to see a physiatrist. These are specialists in musculoskeletal medicine. You are the type of patient that i tend to see a lot. Find one in your area who specializes in musculoskeletal medicine and ask your primary care doctor for a referral.
