On xeralto since 9/18/15, mri shows 95% osteoarthritis so ortho recommend knee replacement.also meniscus partial tear.do i have surgery?painw/shots!

This is judgement: You can always get a 2nd opinion. You will need to work with your cardiologist regarding the anticoagulations. We actually need to know a lot more to answer your inquiry. You can discuss the advice with your physician. A Rheumatologist could also be a good second opinion.
