A member asked:

I have bone on bone osteoarthritis in my knee which is painful. i also have parkinsons so no surgery. tried cortizone, prp, and nerve block with no help. any ideas?

A podiatrist might be able to help by changing your gait with a custom orthotic taking some pressure off the knee joint. No guarantee but an option that can work. Without exam not possible to tell you more.
