Clinical conffusion: Sort out wiith diagnostic injections knee and spine intrarticular Marcaine will rule in or out knee as pain generator then do selective nerveroot block of epsilateral L4 nerve root if MRI is abnormal no surgery umtil pain generator is confirmed by a sucessful injection if that doesnt work then to pain management for empiric treatment of unknown pain . The or is no place to clear up clinical confus.
