Injections : Joint injections for pain as well as medication known as Synvisc (hylan g-f 20) can be of benefit. Set up a virtual consult and this can be discussed further.

Get an opinion: from a rheumatologist or ortho surgeon. Alternatives to surgery include oral meds, injections, and physical therapy.
