No, PSA is < 4 is OK: At your age, this is most likely from some mechanical trauma in your urinary system, like a stone, or possibly infection. As you get older, you might have to think of renal cancer, and you might get other tests for this, but as far as your prostate goes, you seem to have no problem. If you had a rectal exam, and it was negative, with psa < 4 ng/ml, just follow up in a year, if not, get it now.
