My father age 52 years had recurrent pus cells in urine from past 3 months , is this related with prostate cancer though his psa test are normal.

WBC in urine: White blood cells, pus, in the urine would be more related to bladder or kidney infection. The prostate does not actually come in contact with urine even though the bladder drains right thru the prostate.
