Why would a radiologist not report a cyst on the spine on the report?

May not be important: Sacral tarlov cysts are common conditions that need no treatment.

Not signficant: If it was a tarlov cyst in the lumbar spine, they are benign cysts that usually do not account for any symptoms. So they would not be universally reported.
