Benign: Ovarian Cysts can be simple meaning uniformed, fluid filled, clear, etc. or complex meaning contains both solid and liquid parts, blood or mucous. A hemorrhagic cyst is one that bled into itself and now has liquid or clotted blood. It is a frequent occurrence and is not worrisome although it can be painful sometimes.
