Liver cysts: Are benign. Sometimes many liver cysts are seen in patients with adult-type polycystic kidney disease. In the absence of known kidney problems i would not worry about this.

Liver cysts: Liver cysts are the probable cause. These are common and are also seen in patients with polycystic liver disease.
