Is pink/brownish spotting normal while having ovarian cyst? the radiologist told me it happens when the cyst size is reducing. is this so?

Sort of: Assuming that this is right around the time of ovulation, then there is a brief, abrupt drop in estrogen levels that leads to a small amount of mid-cycle spotting. This is also about the time that a dominant cyst releases and egg and will appear to change / decrease in size.
