A : A board certified full scope oral and maxillofacial surgeon (oms) would be able to perform a comprehensive head and neck exam and rule out a possible oral source for the "cyst". Most recently trained oms are trained to perform aesthetic procedures about the head and neck and could competently manage your problem.
