At 25, i've started getting cystic pimples on my jawline only. what would you suggest i look into specifically? i've been on spironolactone for years

Cystic acne: Spironolactone is a blood pressure lowering medication that is also used for its anti-testosterone properties especially in women w/polycystic ovarian syndrome or some other hyperandrogen disorder. There are many options to treating acne. For cystic acne, consider birth control pills, oral antibiotics & even Isotretinoin (this requires 2 forms of birth control b/c it can cause birth defects).
